Privacy Policy

This site is run by Hamza Bhatti Productions (Islamabad, Pakistan). This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

If you create a Bhatti Army account

To register for the community forum we collect a username, an email address, a password, and optionally a display name. Your password is stored encrypted — nobody at our end can read it. Your username and display name are shown publicly next to anything you post.

If you post in the forum

Discussions, replies and votes you submit are stored on this site and are publicly visible, along with your display name and the time you posted. Please do not put anything in a public post that you would not want indexed by a search engine.

If you email us

Emails sent to our contact address are received in an ordinary mailbox and kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry.

Automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, and which pages were requested. These are used for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies

This site sets cookies only for logging in. If you create an account and sign in, WordPress stores session cookies so you stay logged in and so your posts are attributed to you. If you never log in, you are not given a login cookie.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Third parties

A small number of things on this site are loaded from, or link out to, other companies:

• Styling library (CDN): part of the site’s stylesheet is served from a third-party content delivery network, which means your IP address is visible to that provider when a page loads.
• Social platforms: links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook take you off this site. Once you follow one, that platform’s own privacy policy applies — not ours.
• Follower counts: the numbers shown in the Reach section are fetched by our server from public social platform data. This happens on our side and involves no information about you.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not run advertising on this site. We do not build advertising profiles from your activity here.

How long we keep things

Account details are kept for as long as your account exists. Forum posts are kept indefinitely so that discussions stay readable, unless you ask us to remove them. Server logs are rotated by our host on a short cycle.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• send you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your account and the personal information attached to it
• remove or anonymise something you posted publicly

Email us and we will action it. We may need to confirm you are the account holder first.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page.
